Is Conceal Canvas a gun safe?
NO. **NOTICE AND DISCLAIMER** Conceal Canvas is a customizable conceal in plain sight wall box. Owner assumes all responsibilities. If storing firearms or any weapon in this unit, we recommend that weapons' locks and all necessary safety precautions are in place. We stand behind our products and believe them to be excellent deterrents. However, we do not guarantee Conceal Canvas to be completely theft or child proof. The unit does not have a secure locking mechanism and can be accessed by anyone who has access to the magnetic opener, and is NOT a gun safe. The unit is not fireproof. Be cautious with whom you reveal the location of your Conceal Canvas.
What different sizes do you offer?
We currently offer 4 different sizes – small, two mediums, and a large option. The small and medium boxes have a 2-3/8” exterior return with a 2-1/8” interior space. The large box has a 3-1/2” exterior return and 3-1/4” interior space.
Can I spread my image across multiple metal boxes of different sizes?
Certainly! We have many of creative layouts and configurations available for multi-box installations. Contact us at info@concealcanvas.com for more details.
What kind of laminate/protection do you add to the canvas?
We use a large format UV mega-coater to laminate each canvas with a durable gloss laminate. Your print will never crack, flake, fade, or bubble.
How do I install my Conceal Canvas?

How long does it take to get my Conceal Canvas?
Our normal turnaround time is 7-14 business days on a custom canvas plus shipping time. Increased volumes may decrease production times. We will always notify you if there is a delay.
How do I see my account and order information?

How do I change shipping information on an order already in process?
Contact us at info@concealcanvas.com and we will assist you. Please include your order number and instructions in the email.
How do I place an order?
Choose from any of our canvas products and load the designer. Add an image from your local drive, Facebook, or Instagram. You can add filters and text to your image. Be sure your image is in good quality (see below) and fills the entire area. Choose finishing options and interior hardware. Check out and that’s you’re done!
How do I clean my canvas?
From time to time, your canvas may get fingerprints on the exterior and need to be cleaned. Simply dampen a paper towel with water or glass cleaner and wipe the exterior of the metal canvas.
What file types are accepted on the Conceal Canvas designer?
We allow the following file types:

What quality and size should my image be?
You should design or resize your image to the full size of our product at 150 DPI. We recommend using Photoshop or similar editing software to resize your images. This will insure quality printing resolution and standards. Please refer to this video for sizing help. If you need further assistance, please email us at info@concealcanvas.com.
What is the maximum file size you can accept through your website?
There is no limitation on upload size. Your image will be converted to 150 DPI for printing and cropped to the design area.
If my image is pixelated, what can I do?
We have several different photo filters available on our designer which will change the look of your photo and minimize pixelation.
What is your privacy policy regarding the use of my images?
Please visit our privacy policy for details. In short, we’ll never use your images in any other manner than advertising on our website and for your printing purposes.
Can I change the image I originally submitted with my order?
If you are in need of changing your image, please contact us as soon as possible and we will provide instructions regarding the new image.
I am not sure if my image is copyrighted or not. What happens if it is? Will you inform me?
We take copyright seriously and know that violations are sometimes unintentional. If there is a copyright issue with your image, one of our customer service representatives will contact you to find a solution.
What credit card processor/merchant do you use?
All of our transactions are processed securely through a SSL connection with Stripe.com. You will see “CUSTOM PRODUCT FULFILLMENT CENTER” on your credit card or bank statement.
I cancelled my order, how long until I see my refund?
It can take up to 7-10 business days for a refund to process through your credit card company. Contact us for an ETA.
I am not happy with the Conceal Canvas piece I received, how do I go about returning it?
If you want a reprint or refund, please contact us right away! We are committed to making you happy.
How do I use a coupon code or gift certificate?
During the checkout process and while in your cart, input your coupon or gift certificate code into the box labelled “Enter coupon code”.
I need my Conceal Canvas by a certain date, what do I do?
If you need your canvas by a certain date, please indicate it in the notes section of your order. If the date is particularly soon you may need to add rush shipping to ensure it arrives in time. Either way, contact us at info@concealcanvas.com with your order number after your place your order to confirm details.
Will you send me tracking information once my canvas has shipped?
Yes, we will email you once your order has shipped with your UPS tracking number.
What are your shipping options?
We ship everything UPS. UPS Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd-Day Air, Overnight & Worldwide.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship to most countries. Please email info@concealcanvas.com before placing an international order to insure we can ship to you.
What is a Conceal Canvas box made of?
The box is made of an aluminum composite material (ACM). ACM is composed of a thermoplastic core of low density polyethylene, bonded between two sheets of aluminum using a sophisticated bonding process involving chemical adhesives and high temperatures.
